My greatest passion as a teacher is when I see a student have success in understanding a math concept. I hope to help my students find a purpose for learning math.
I love when I see my students love the Spanish language and Latino culture. I hope they take away a greater ability to understand and speak this beautiful language and confidence that will help them build relationships in the Latino community.
My hope for my students is that they cannot help but surrender their hearts and lives to the Lord Jesus as they come to truly comprehend the depth of His love for them as evidenced by the magnitude of His sacrifice for them.
My greatest passion is working with students in such a way that they get to experience unconditional love on a daily basis. I hope that students gain a better appreciation for the world around them through an understanding of chemistry, and a better appreciation for life through my interactions with them.
Through science, we can see evidence of God’s hand of design in His creation. My goal is to inspire students to be good stewards of God’s creation as an act of obedience and worship of our Creator.
One of my greatest joys as a teacher comes from visits from former students. It is so wonderful to see where God is leading them and the adults they are growing, and have grown, into. I love hearing what they are doing now, and what they remember from our class. It has been especially delightful when some have stopped by recently because they are now enrolling their kids at King’s.
“This is an incredible opportunity to work with your children and to see the many ways God will use them. They make such an impact on the people they meet. I’m honored to be a part of their early stages.”
As a librarian, I want to inspire a love for reading and discovery through books. As a math teacher, my passion is to help my students develop a love for math, learning, critical thinking and problem solving.
“I feel so privileged to teach at Kings where I can share my passion for literature and writing along with my love of Christ. The ability to pray with and for my students is an incredible blessing that has allowed our classroom to feel more like a family.”
“To partner with families in the growing journey of a little person’s discoveries of themselves and the world around them is what drives me each day to help guide and support them along the way. My passion is to help them to start their path towards the amazing people they are going to be with a feeling of strength; safety and love.”
I love to find multiple ways to teach the same topic and present those ways to my students. I am strong believer that EVERY child can be a strong student; they just need to find the right strategies to help them understand.
If students take away one thing from my classes, I hope it is that their ideas matter and that they are loved. I am also passionate about my students becoming lifelong readers and writers.
My greatest passion as a teacher is to make learning meaningful and exciting for my students. I also want my students to know that Jesus has a plan and purpose for their lives and that He and I love them very much!
“I strive to be a teacher that excites students about learning, encourages them to be engaged in the learning process and helps them to excel in all that they do. I desire for them to see Christ lived out in my classroom.”
My greatest passion as a teacher is to reach all students and to encourage them to love learning and knowing. I hope students in my class will develop a deep curiosity to understand the world around them and to rely on God in all circumstances.
I have a passion to teach art with the intent of fostering curiosity about the Lord’s world around us and how we fit into it. Thinking critically we problem solve turning our mistakes into masterpieces looking for creative solutions in the classroom and life spreading beauty as we go.
