King's International Application Requirements

International Students are Welcome at King's Schools

King’s Schools is SEVIS-approved and authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant F-1 international students. Below is information that will answer your questions and will be helpful in applying for King’s Schools.

For International Elementary Admission, please contact our admissions office at [email protected].

Step 1: Submit online application and provide supporting documents

For priority consideration, we encourage all applicants to apply and provide supporting documents by January 26, 2024. Documents can be emailed to [email protected] or sent by mail to:

King’s Schools Admissions
19303 Fremont Ave N
Seattle, WA 98133

Once everything is submitted and reviewed, the school will determine if an interview will be scheduled. Interviews will occur January 29th – February 16th for qualified applicants.

Step 2: Review Application

Applications and supporting documentation received after February 16 will be reviewed, and all applicants will be notified by email after March 1 about the results of the review process. Qualified candidates will be selected and contacted to schedule an interview. Interviews can be conducted over Zoom or in person.

Step 3: Notification of Application Decision

All admission decisions will be made after March 29, 2024. Applicants will be notified by email of the acceptance decision. The decision is based on the applicant’s application, supplemental documents, interview, and fit within King’s Schools.

Step 4: Accepted applicants will receive Enrollment Contract

Once accepted, the legal guardian named on the application will receive an Enrollment Contract. When the contract is signed and submitted with a deposit of 10% of the annual tuition, you will be considered an enrolled student at King’s Schools. The deadline for enrollment must be completed by June 3, or the applicant’s spot may be given to the next applicant on the waiting list. After enrollment is complete, the student’s I-20 will be emailed or can be picked up by the student’s legal guardian upon notification from our International Program Director. *I-20s will not be emailed or given to Recruiting Agencies on behalf of the student per SEVP guidelines.

Enrolled students will need proof of health insurance for September 1 – June 30 of the intended year of study. The school will need documentation of the student’s health insurance, along with an updated copy of the F-1 visa and I-901 receipt, before the student is able to begin school.
