We look forward to serving your family throughout the application process. Admission is dependent upon evidence that the student’s most recent school experience has been successful both academically and behaviorally.

To ensure your child has a spot for the upcoming school year, we highly recommend applying and submitting all supplemental forms as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact our Admissions Office using our Inquiry Form, or call (206) 289-7783.

Steps to Apply

STEP 1: Submit an online application and a $50 non-refundable application fee for each student.

Submit K-12 Application

STEP 2: When the application file is complete, the school office will contact you for next steps in the admissions process. This may include a student interview, or testing and/or additional review of student’s application. A parent or guardian is expected to attend the student interview with your child.

STEP 3: Following acceptance, a notification will be sent from the business office via email with instructions to complete an online enrollment process, including registering for Smart Tuition.

STEP 1: Schedule a tour by emailing [email protected], calling 206-546-7263, or click here to RSVP.

STEP 2: After the tour, submit an online application and a non-refundable application fee of $100 per student. The child will then be placed on the waitlist.

Submit Preschool Application

STEP 3: When a placement in King’s Preschool becomes available, the preschool office will contact families on the waitlist to schedule a formal meet-and-greet visit. Both prospective student and parents are expected to attend this visit.

STEP 4: Following the meet-and-greet visit, a placement decision will be made, and families will have 48 hours to accept the placement offer. A notification from the Preschool, including next steps, will be sent via email.

STEP 5: Once a family has accepted their child’s enrollment offer to King’s Preschool, completion of the online enrollment process will finalize placement. An email will be sent to enrolling families from King’s Preschool with instructions to complete the online enrollment contract via “brightwheel”, including setting up a billing/payment plan.

STEP 6: Once the above process is complete, families will begin to receive further information from the Preschool in preparation for a successful start at King’s Schools!

Step 1: For priority consideration we encourage all applicants to apply and provide supporting documents by January 20, 2023. After review, if applicant meets all qualifications an interview will be scheduled between January 23, 2023 – February 10, 2023.

Submit International Application

Step 2: All Applications and supporting documentation received after January 20, 2023 will be reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. All applicants will be notified on or before March 15, 2023 about the results of the review process. Qualified applicants will be selected and contacted to schedule an interview. Interviews will be conducted over zoom or in person by the International Coordinator.

Step 3: If accepted, the guardian named on the application will receive an enrollment contract. The contract must be completed within 5 days of receipt along with 10% of 2022-2023 tuition rate to secure a student’s placement for the Fall 2023/24 school year. This is a non-refundable fee that will be applied to tuition for the Fall of the year you apply for.
