We look forward to serving your family throughout the application process. Admission is dependent upon evidence that the student’s most recent school experience has been successful both academically and behaviorally.
To ensure your child has a spot for the upcoming school year, we highly recommend applying and submitting all supplemental forms as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact our Admissions Office using our Inquiry Form, or call (206) 289-7783.
King’s Schools does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, nationality, ethnic or socioeconomic origin in the administration of its academic, admission, financial aid policies, or other school-administered programs.
STEP 1: Submit an online application and a $50 non-refundable application fee for each student.
STEP 2: When the application file is complete, the school office will contact you for next steps in the admissions process. This may include a student interview, or testing and/or additional review of student’s application. A parent or guardian is expected to attend the student interview with your child.
STEP 3: Following acceptance, a notification will be sent from the business office via email with instructions to complete an online enrollment process, including registering for Smart Tuition.
STEP 2: After the tour, submit an online application and a non-refundable application fee of $100 per student. The child will then be placed on the waitlist.
STEP 3: When a placement in King’s Preschool becomes available, the preschool office will contact families on the waitlist to schedule a formal meet-and-greet visit. Both prospective student and parents are expected to attend this visit.
STEP 4: Following the meet-and-greet visit, a placement decision will be made, and families will have 48 hours to accept the placement offer. A notification from the Preschool, including next steps, will be sent via email.
STEP 5: Once a family has accepted their child’s enrollment offer to King’s Preschool, completion of the online enrollment process will finalize placement. An email will be sent to enrolling families from King’s Preschool with instructions to complete the online enrollment contract via “brightwheel”, including setting up a billing/payment plan.
STEP 6: Once the above process is complete, families will begin to receive further information from the Preschool in preparation for a successful start at King’s Schools!
Step 1: For priority consideration we encourage all applicants to apply and provide supporting documents by February 15th, 2022. Please Submit an online application and a $150 non-refundable application fee for each student.

Step 3: Applications and supporting documentation received after February 15th will be reviewed and all applicants will be notified by email after March 1st about the results of the review process. Qualified candidates will be selected and contacted to schedule an interview. Interviews can be conducted over Zoom, Skype or in person.
Step 4: All admission decisions will be made by March 15th, 2022. Applicants will be notified by email with the acceptance decision. The decision is based on the applicant’s application, supplemental documents, interview, and fit within King’s Schools.
Step 5: Once accepted, the guardian named on the application will receive an enrollment contract. When the contract is signed and submitted, you will be considered an enrolled student at King’s Schools. Deadline for enrollment must be completed by May 1st or the applicant’s spot will be given to the next applicant on the waiting list. After enrollment is complete, the student’s I-20 will be emailed or mailed to, or can be picked up by the student’s guardian upon notification from our international student coordinator.
** Enrolled students will need proof of health insurance for September 1 – June 30 of the intended year of study. The school will need documentation of the student’s health insurance, along with an updated copy of the F-1 visa and I-901 receipt, before the student is able to begin school.
