Housing and Boarding Information

King’s is excited to offer on-campus boarding for Grades 8th-12th for the Fall 2025-2026 school year. Please fill out the King’s Boarding Interest Form and we will reach out with details.

Grades 8th-12th

Housing Requirements: On-Campus Boarding required for 9th-12th grade students. 8th grade students have the option of choosing boarding or a host family.

NOTE: Boarding is not confirmed until the application is complete and the student is formally enrolled.

Grades 7th and 8th

Housing Requirements: Host Family Required for 7th grade. 8th grade students have the option of choosing boarding or a host family.

Students may find their own Host or request a Host for an additional monthly fee. Placement is through the International Student Program Directors Office.

Grades 4th-6th

Housing Requirements: Must live with Biological Parent.

*Rooms are guaranteed once a student is enrolled and the deposit is paid.

For Boarding Students Only | 8th-12th Grade

Once accepted, the legal guardian (parent/parents) named on the application will receive an Enrollment Contract. When the contract is signed and submitted with a non-refundable deposit of $20,000, you will be considered an enrolled student at King’s Schools. After enrollment is complete, the student’s I-20 will be emailed or can be picked up by the student’s legal guardian (parent/parents) upon notification from our International Student Program Director.

*I-20s will not be given to Recruiting Agencies on behalf of the student per SEVP guidelines.
*The non-refundable deposit will be applied to the total annual tuition and boarding fee of $69,000.
